Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we ship only to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to Massachusetts or Washington, D.C.

Approximately 95% of all orders ship within 3 business days. Occasionally, circumstances may prevent us from shipping within this timeframe. When delays occur or are anticipated, we will make every reasonable effort to post an updated shipping date in the banner at the top of our homepage.

We understand that shipping costs can be expensive and negatively impact an otherwise great transaction. Having purchased many products online ourselves, we know how disappointing unreasonable shipping fees can be. We do not treat shipping as a profit center.

For these reasons, we strive to keep shipping costs low and our pricing structure simple. Currently, we offer two shipping options: a low flat-rate fee and free shipping (when applicable). We use cost-effective carriers that provide reliable delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Many products ship via U.S. Postal Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Returns Policy

Errors or Defective Items

If we made an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All original components must be included

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

To request an RMA, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product number (SKU)

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to issue a store credit (gift card) in lieu of a refund.

If approved, your refund or credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at
service@submoashooting.com and reference your RMA number.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email before shipping.

Mail returns with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the greater of the actual shipping cost or the original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

To protect your interest, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
