Because of the nature of our products we only ship to U.S.A addresses. Sorry No Shipments to Massachusetts or Washington DC.

95% of all orders are shipped within 3 business days. Occasionally we will not be available to ship orders that soon, when delays occurs or are expected we will made every reasonable effort to post the updated ship date for orders in the banner on the top of the home page.

We understand that shipping cost can be expensive and have a negative impact on an otherwise great transaction. And having purchased many products online in the past ourselves, we have been disappointed to find shipping cost unreasonable and sometimes surprisingly unacceptable, we get it. We do not look to our shipping fees to be a profit center. For those reasons we do our best to keep our (and your) shipping expense low and our structure simple. Currently, we offer two shipping rates, a low fixed fee and free. We will use a cost effective shipper that will get you your product in a reliable and reasonable time, many products will US Postal Service first class or Priority Mail.

Returns Policy and Product Returns:

  • If we made an error, it’s on us and we will fix it at no cost to you.

  • If the need arises that you need to return a product for some reason you have a limit amount of time.

  • Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All pieces of the original item must be included.

  • To initiate the return process you must obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning any product. Contact for an RMA number and state the order number, product number (SKU), and reason for the return.

  • Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Additional non-returnable items:  Gift cards, Sale Items.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless instructed by our customer service.

  • Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to issue you a credit in the form of a gift card in lieu of a refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and reference the RMA number.

  • Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

  • Exchanges (if applicable):  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to us.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the actual cost of shipping or the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund (whichever is greater).
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
